Softcat is recruiting a Senior Order Management Executive to join our Procurement team in the United Kingdom. You will own complex creditor, shipment and backorder activities, ensure accurate invoicing across Order Management, and act as the first escalation point while collaborating with procurement colleagues.

You will drive improvements in service, automate processes where possible, and coach team members to share knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Comprehensive understanding of invoicing responsibilities within all areas of Order Management.
• Managing shared inboxes and acting as the first point of escalation for the team.
• Monitoring supplier SLAs and driving improvements in service and accuracy.
• Leading & supporting process improvement, automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Strong collaboration across wider procurement teams.
• Building strong stakeholder relationships to resolve escalations effectively.
• Coaching, mentoring and driving knowledge sharing throughout the team.
• Driving continuous improvement through innovation, project leadership and personal development.
