Job summary

PwC UK is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM functional consultant at Senior Associate level to join our Workforce Transformation practice in Consulting. We help clients maximise their Oracle Cloud investment and drive business transformation.

You will work within PwC’s Oracle HCM team, supporting full lifecycle implementations from discovery through post go-live support, collaborating across PwC’s Oracle, Workforce Transformation and wider Consulting teams to deliver measurable client

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM functional experience across design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex business issues from strategy through execution.
• Support Oracle Cloud HCM workstreams across the full lifecycle.
• Analyse requirements, facilitate workshops and fit-gap analysis.
• Configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules and support testing and cutover.
• Prepare documentation, status updates and ensure quality.

About The Role

PwC’s Oracle HCM team sits at the heart of our high-growth Workforce Transformation practice within Consulting. We help clients maximize the value of their Oracle Cloud investment through advisory, implementation and transformation programmes.

We are currently looking for experienced Oracle Cloud HCM functional consultants with a strong track record of solution delivery and client impact to join our established and growing team at Senior Associate level.

What Your Days Will Look Like

• Working as part of our curious and collaborative Oracle team to help clients solve complex business issues from strategy through execution.
• Supporting Oracle Cloud HCM workstreams across the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery and design through build, testing, deployment and post go-live support.
• Analysing client requirements, facilitating workshops and fit-gap analysis, and translating business needs into practical Oracle HCM solutions.
• Configuring Oracle Cloud HCM modules and supporting functional design, data, testing, defect resolution and cutover activities.
• Preparing clear documentation, playback materials and status updates, while reviewing your work for quality, accuracy and relevance.
• Escalating risks, issues and dependencies in a timely, structured way, and supporting training and knowledge transfer to help clients adopt Oracle HCM successfully.
• Collaborating across PwC’s Oracle, Workforce Transformation and wider Consulting teams, using feedback and reflection to develop your strengths and share knowledge.

This role is for you if

Mandatory requirements

• You have full lifecycle experience of at least one Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
• You have hands-on Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management functional experience and are comfortable contributing to delivery activities across design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• You are eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance where required for client engagements.

• Visual Builder Studio and Redwood extensibility awareness
• Oracle AI Agents and emerging AI-enabled Oracle HCM capability

Demonstrable experience

• Requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis
• Functional configuration of Oracle HCM modules
• HCM process design and operating model support
• Workshop preparation, facilitation support and playback documentation
• Test script preparation, test execution and defect management
• Training, knowledge transfer and user adoption support
• Post go-live support and continuous improvement of Oracle HCM solutions
• Project documentation, status reporting and structured stakeholder communicationWorking independently and as part of a collaborative team to meet project timelines and deliver high-quality work

Desirable Qualifications And Experience

• Active Oracle Certification(s).
• Existing UK Security Clearance.
• Experience working in Government, Defence, Financial Services or other regulated environments.
• Awareness of the broader Oracle ecosystem, including ERP, EPM, SCM, Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Analytics.

• Travel within the UK and occasionally overseas may be required depending on client needs.
