Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an Oracle ERP Cloud Programme Manager to lead enterprise-scale Oracle transformations for major organisations, guiding multi-million programmes from strategy to delivery while building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders. You will influence C-suite leaders across Finance, HR and Enterprise operations, manage budgets and governance, and mentor high-performing teams. This role offers a hybrid working model with travel to client sites and base offices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite transformation programmes.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, delivery performance and fixed-price engagements.
• Expertise in programme governance, stakeholder management and risk management.
• Ability to influence senior executives and build trusted client relationships.
• Experience delivering ERP, HCM or EPM transformation initiatives.
• MSP, PRINCE2 or equivalent programme management expertise.
