Job summary

Version 1, a leading Oracle partner, is seeking an experienced Oracle Programme Manager to lead large-scale transformations for major organisations. You will manage complex ERP, HCM and EPM programmes and build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.

You’ll join a global team of 700+ Oracle specialists and drive transformational change from strategy through delivery, guiding programmes to successful outcomes while advancing toward senior leadership roles such as Delivery Director.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite transformation programmes.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, delivery performance and fixed-price engagements.
• Expertise in programme governance, stakeholder management and risk management.
• Ability to influence senior executives and build trusted client relationships.
