Reed in Croydon is seeking a Senior Oracle Technical Support & Configuration Analyst to join a growing Oracle team. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office (Tue–Thu) and two days from home, offering a salary of £60,000–£70,000 per annum, and a 37.5-hour working week.

You will configure, administer and optimize Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, Payroll, PBCS and FDI, collaborating with analysts, vendors and stakeholders to ensure system stability, security and performance across ERP, HCM and

Competenze

• Significant experience supporting and configuring Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle PBCS and FDI.
• Experience managing Oracle system integrations and interfaces.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Mansioni

• Configure and administer Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, Payroll, PBCS and FDI modules.
• Manage workflows, security roles and reporting configurations.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle solutions.
• Coordinate Oracle patching, releases and environment management.
• Support integrations with third-party applications.
• Develop SQL-based reports and data extracts.
