Job summary

M&S Opticians is seeking an Optical Advisor to deliver eye and hearing care services while promoting our offerings inside the M&S store. You will optimise sales opportunities, maintain customer records and stock, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will assist patients in selecting frames and lenses, educate on care and maintenance, and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
