Job summary

Capital.com is seeking a Senior Operations Manager: AI Automation to lead how AI and automation are applied across Operations, including Customer Support and FinCrime. You will own the automation roadmap, prioritise opportunities, and redesign processes so AI handles routine tasks while humans retain judgement.

You will build prototypes, test rigorously, and work with Product and Engineering to ensure scalable integrations.
