Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is recruiting for an Operations Manager – Resin Flooring to oversee resin and industrial flooring projects across the UK. The role covers Coventry or Leeds office locations with national project coverage and a salary of £57,000–£62,500 plus bonus.

Lead and coordinate labour, materials, plant and subcontractors, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to high standards of safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a construction management, operations, contracts or project management role.
• Must have experience in resin flooring, epoxy flooring, industrial flooring, screeding, concrete preparation, specialist coatings etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational delivery of resin and industrial flooring projects.
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
• Lead and manage site and project teams, driving productivity, quality, safety and performance.
• Monitor project costs, programme and profitability, identifying and resolving operational issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high standards of service and supporting repeat business.
