Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking an Operations Manager – Resin Flooring to oversee resin flooring projects across industrial and commercial sectors. The role is based in Coventry or Leeds, covering projects nationally.

You will coordinate labour, materials, plant and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget, while leading site and project teams to drive productivity, quality, safety and performance. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a construction management, operations, contracts or project management role
• Must have experience in resin flooring, epoxy flooring, industrial flooring, screeding, concrete preparation, specialist coatings etc
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels
• Confident and articulate

Responsibilities

• Oversee resin flooring packages across the industrial and commercial sectors.
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
• Lead and manage site and project teams, driving productivity, quality, safety and performance.
• Monitor project costs, programme and profitability, identifying and resolving operational issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high standards of service and supporting repeat business.
