Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Project Manager – Resin Flooring to lead resin/industrial flooring projects across the UK, with offices in Coventry or Leeds.

You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors and materials to ensure projects stay on programme while meeting quality, safety and client requirements.

The ideal candidate has PM or site management experience in resin flooring, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• PM or site manager experience in resin/industrial flooring
• Strong communication across levels
• Ability to coordinate multi-discipline teams to meet programme

Responsibilities

• Manage resin and industrial flooring projects across the UK.
• Coordinate site teams, labour, materials, plant and subcontractors to keep projects on programme.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring quality, health & safety and client requirements are met.
• Monitor progress, costs and variations; liaise with clients and internal teams from mobilisation to completion.
