Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the delivery of high-rise cladding and façade refurbishment projects across the North of England, including Birchwood and surrounding sites.

You will manage Project Managers and site teams, develop programmes, ensure safety, quality and budget adherence, and maintain strong client relationships to drive project performance across a live portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior operations or project leadership.
• Experience delivering high-rise cladding / façade projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of high-rise cladding refurbishment and remediation projects.
• Oversee Project Managers, Site Managers and delivery teams across multiple sites.
• Develop, manage and monitor project programmes, ensuring milestones and completion dates are achieved.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout project delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Support pre-construction and commercial teams with planning, resource allocation and project strategy.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the business.
