Fraser Edwards Recruitment is partnering with a major social housing client in London to recruit an experienced Cladding Contracts Manager. The role focuses on delivering cladding remediation and façade improvement works across high-rise residential properties, overseeing specialist contractors and ensuring safety, programme and budget compliance.

You will manage contracts from mobilisation through to handover, coordinating with internal teams, consultants, residents and stakeholders to ensure

Qualifications

• Significant experience in cladding, façade, external wall systems, or building remediation contracts.
• Experience with high-rise residential or occupied properties.
• Strong background in contract management and contractor performance.
• Understanding of building regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of cladding remediation, façade replacement and external wall works across high-rise residential properties.
• Oversee day-to-day performance of specialist cladding and remediation contractors.
• Monitor programmes and milestones; coordinate multiple projects across a portfolio of properties.
• Ensure works comply with approved designs, specifications, programmes and contractual requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance, progress, quality and compliance.
• Lead regular contract and progress meetings; manage actions and decisions.
• Engage with residents to inform on scope, programme and disruption.
