Job summary

BrewDog is seeking a finance professional in the UK to drive cost efficiency across brewing and distilling operations and to deliver robust financial controls. The role focuses on business partnering with operational teams and delivering insightful reporting.

With a fully qualified accounting designation, you will set up standard costing, manage working capital, and lead budgeting and forecasting to enable timely, informed decision making.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with post-qualification experience.
• Experience in FMCG/Manufacturing finance preferred.
• Strong business partnering with non-finance teams.
• Experience setting up standard product cost and inventory accounting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to monitor and report financial information and provide insight.
• Lead standard COGS for Brewing and Distilling across UK and International sites.
• Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis to support performance reviews and decision making.
• Support budgeting and forecasting with FP&A input from supply chain functions.
