Job summary

Greene King is seeking an FP&A Finance Analyst on a fixed-term contract to support the Brewing & Brands Finance team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality insights, data validation, and variance analysis for strategic decision making.

You will partner with Finance leaders, manage end-to-end budgeting processes, and drive improvements in reporting and governance across the business.

Qualifications

• Understands the strategy of the business and the role of finance.
• Support Business Partners with data extraction from MIS; validate data and prepare metrics.
• Investigate data anomalies and propose fixes.
• Support FP&A Lead and Finance Director on ad hoc work.
• Owns the Risks & Opps process within B&B Finance for horizon scanning.

Responsibilities

• Navigate end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Produce consolidations and bridges for corporate reporting.
• Validate and map data for FP&A reporting.
• Support period end close meetings and P&L variance analysis.
• Collaborate with Centre of Excellence Finance teams to ensure data quality.
• Identify process improvements and implement To-Be workflows.
