Job summary

Greene King is seeking an FP&A Finance Analyst on a fixed-term contract to join the Brewing & Brands Finance team. You’ll provide high-quality insights, support budgeting and forecasting, and influence stakeholders with rigorous analysis to drive business performance.

You’ll work with data from multiple management information systems, validate figures, perform period-end reporting, and develop improvements to reporting processes while aligning with governance and strategic aims.

Qualifications

• Understands budgeting and forecasting principles and variances to actuals
• Proficient in extracting and manipulating data from management information systems
• Ability to perform data validation and contribute to period-end close and reporting processes
• Supports FP&A Lead and Finance Director on ad hoc projects and reporting improvements
• Adept at horizon scanning to identify risks and opportunities

Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze data from management information systems and prepare detailed analyses
• Support budgeting/forecasting processes and consolidate reports
• Investigate data anomalies and propose corrective actions
• Provide period-end reporting support and respond to P&L queries
• Consolidate and analyze data for Brewing & Brands Exec reporting
• Collaborate with Finance Center of Excellence to ensure data quality and process improvements
• Assist with governance and adherence to group policies
• Be the go-to contact for corporate P&L and budget/forecast questions
• Review and design future-state processes to meet business needs
