Job summary

Almac Group in Craigavon is seeking a Senior Operator Grade 2 for the Laxido Operations night shift on a permanent basis. You will control the process operation in your production room, ensure product quality in line with cGMP and complete setup checks.

You will supervise operators, set up equipment, and work to ensure on-schedule completion of each operation while maintaining strict documentation and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent level qualifications) OR previous relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry may be accepted in lieu of qualifications
• All applicants must demonstrate eligibility to work in the UK
• Previous experience working in a production environment involving production teams, machinery, and quality control of product
• Experience working within teams
• Experience leading teams/supervisory experience would be a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Control the process operation within your designated production room, ensuring the quality of the product complies with cGMP
• Check material, set up production equipment, complete setup checks and operate production equipment per work instructions and SOPs
• Oversee staff (operators) within your designated operations and support the Production Supervisor to ensure on-schedule completion of each operation
