Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) is seeking a detail-oriented professional to handle policy wordings, certificates and market reform contracts, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform QC checks, maintain tracking, and communicate changes to clients, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, integrity, and customer service. Gallagher offers a collaborative culture, development opportunities and a path to grow within a globally connected firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education and/or 2–3 years experience with knowledge of FSA rules.
• CII qualification is a plus.
• Strong written and communication skills; ability to work without supervision.

How you'll make an impact

Deals with all aspects of policy wordings, certificates and market reform contracts. Performs quality control checks in respect to documentation received, completes/updates tracking/reporting systems. Maintains market awareness as it relates to wordings, certificates and/or market reform contracts, advises business units of any changes. Provide assistance to clients with timely communication on any queries/changes that may occur.

About You

Requirements:

• Minimum secondary education required and/or 2-3 years experience with general knowledge of FSA rules and guidelines.

• CII a Plus
