Job summary

Taylor Hopkinson Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take overall responsibility for the safe, efficient and commercially successful operation of a busy organics and waste processing facility in Blantyre, Scotland.

You will lead the operational team, drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, maintenance and people, and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations while delivering profitable operation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an organics, waste processing or continuous process facility.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance (HSEQ).
• Experience managing operational budgets, costs and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for day-to-day operation of the organics and waste processing facility.
• Lead commissioning and development of the new facility.
• Manage waste processing from acceptance through to screening.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance across the site.
