Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an Operations Manager in Loughborough to oversee technical support and operations for large-scale External Wall Installation (EWI) projects. You will lead the technical hub, coordinate with Lab and Service Managers and directors, and drive risk management and maintenance oversight.

The role requires a background in cladding, facades, or walls, and a track record of translating specifications into project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
• Background in cladding, walls or facades.
• Strong leadership and technical oversight capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical support and operations.
• Liaise with Lab Managers, Service Managers and directors.
• Manage the technical hub, services and risk.
• Oversee system maintenance and develop project specifications.
• Lead the technical team on multi-million-pound EWI projects.
