Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an Operations Manager in Loughborough to oversee technical support and operations for large-scale External Wall Installation (EWI) projects. You will lead the technical hub, coordinate with Lab and Service Managers and directors, and drive risk management and maintenance oversight.

The role requires a background in cladding, facades, or walls, and a track record of translating specifications into project execution.

Are you an Operations Manager or similar with a background in cladding, facades or walls looking to join a long-standing and prestigious company, where you will be the go-to technical expert and oversee the entire process of multi-million-pound External Wall Installation (EWI) projects?

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the technical support and operations. This will involve liaising with Service and Lab Managers, as well as directors, managing the technical hub and technical services, risk management, oversight of system maintenance and lead the development of specifications for projects

This role would suit an Operations manager or similar with experience working with cladding and insulation projects, looking to take on a lead technical role and oversee large scale projects.

The Role:

• Oversee technical support and operations
• Liaise closely with the Lab and Service Managers and directors
• Managing the technical hub, services and risk
• Oversight of system maintenance and lead developments of specifications
• Monday to Thursday, 8:30am-5pm and Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. 37 hours per week
