TJX Europe is seeking an exceptional Shift Operations Manager at the Walsall Distribution Centre. This senior leadership role oversees 300+ associates and supports a team of managers and frontline leaders to deliver results at scale.

You will lead a large, fast-paced operation, focus on productivity, quality, service, and people development. The role includes a 4-day, 36-hour week, a fixed 3-week rota, and a 10% colleague discount along with an annual bonus and strong career development

• Leading change initiatives and continuous improvement activity.
