Job summary

TJX Europe is seeking Operational leaders to join our distribution team. If you’ve worked in Distribution, Retail Management, or hospitality leadership, and you’re passionate about developing people, we want to hear from you.

As a First Line Manager, you’ll lead large, diverse teams, plan resources, coach performance, handle HR/payroll, and drive continuous improvement. We offer a 4-day, 36-hour week, a fixed three-week rota, and a 10% staff discount.
