Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Operations Manager, located along the M4 corridor. From West London to Swindon. The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service. Responsibilities also include budgeting, forecasting, and implementing efficient operational processes to improve productivity. The role requires excellent leadership skills to motivate and mentor the team, ensuring alignment with Cleverchefs' mission and values. Education experience is preferred, but contract catering background is a must.

Qualifications
