Are you a hands-on, people-focused hospitality leader with a passion for delivering exceptional service in a premium residential setting?

We’re recruiting for a Senior Operations Manager on behalf of a prestigious residential estate in Central London. This is a unique opportunity to lead and elevate the guest and resident experience within an iconic and community-focused environment.

About the Role

As the Senior Operations Manager you will be the driving force behind a welcoming, polished, and service-led front of house team. From managing the day-to-day concierge and reception services to overseeing team rotas, standards, and performance, you will play a central role in ensuring the estate maintains its reputation for high service standards and resident care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and develop a professional front-of-house team, including security, catering
  • Ensure a warm and responsive welcome for all residents, guests, and visitors.
  • Uphold exceptional service standards and a five-star hospitality approach across all FOH touchpoints.
  • Manage team scheduling, performance reviews, and operational rotas.
  • Handle resident enquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Liaise with contractors, estate management, and other departments to ensure a joined-up approach to resident services.
  • Implement and maintain processes and service improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain high levels of discretion, professionalism, and presentation.

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in a hospitality, concierge, or residential front-of-house setting.
  • Strong team leadership and staff development skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Experience working with high-end clientele or residents.
  • Calm under pressure and solutions-focused.
  • Comfortable managing rotas, shifts, and performance across a 7-day operational service.
  • Proactive, organised, and service-obsessed.
