Job Description:

A top-tier Private Markets firm is looking to hire a Senior Operations Manager for their growing Private Credit business. The successful candidate will manage a team across multiple locations, overseeing all operational activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating BAU operations for private credit portfolios, including loan closing, settlements, cash management, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Ensuring accurate NAV calculations and investor reporting.
• Overseeing investment monitoring and performance reporting across open and closed-end funds.
• Supervising regulatory compliance and fund audits.
• Managing a team of investment controllers and loan operations staff, including performance reviews and development planning.
• Ensuring operational readiness for new fund launches and platform integrations.
• Driving strategic projects, including data and technology enhancements.
• Providing guidance on fund structures and structured credit instruments.

Experience Needed:

• 6-10+ years of experience in private credit, with a strong understanding of instruments such as syndicated loans, direct lending, and NAV loans.
• Previous team management experience.
• Good knowledge of fund structures and regulatory reporting requirements.
