Job summary

NoiseBoys is seeking a Head of Operations to oversee nationwide installations and grow the operational team. You will lead project managers and installation staff, shaping structure, planning capacity, and driving delivery quality.

The role balances office and site time, with freedom to build systems and processes and with accountability for weekly reporting and performance against targets. UK travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience building or growing an operational team.
• Experience delivering projects to deadlines and budgets.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of profitability and on-time delivery.
• Experience growing teams in live project environments.
• Able to develop, motivate and get the best from people.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project managers and installation team, setting expectations for delivery.
• Plan for people, skills and capacity as the business grows and decide where to recruit or use subcontractors.
• Ensure live and upcoming projects are properly planned, resourced and that customers are kept informed.
