Qualifications

• Experience working with high-growth businesses and senior leadership teams.
• Understanding of Enterprise & Deep Tech business models and international expansion.
• Ability to translate ambitions into practical growth actions and connections.
• Track record of managing a portfolio of companies or client relationships and meeting targets.
• Experience line-managing colleagues across locations and building a collaborative team.
• Ability to build recruitment pipelines and referral networks.
• Knowledge of the UK technology ecosystem and regional/international networks.
• Experience creating activities (investor meetings, trade missions) that deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with a portfolio of Enterprise & Deep Tech businesses across the UK.
