Job summary

Qualifications

• Postgraduate management qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a community-based, recovery-orientated mental health team within budget.
• Plan and develop the team to provide person-centred, recovery-focused care.
• Exercise judgement in complex service-delivery situations with autonomy.
• Foster links with internal and external partners to deliver safe care.
