Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to provide visible leadership across Neurosciences and Older People's Medicine, partnering with clinical and nursing leaders to deliver high‑quality services and improve patient and staff experience.

You will lead operational and administrative teams, driving performance, quality, workforce and financial outcomes, using data and relationships to turn improvement ideas into sustainable change in a fast‑paced NHS

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent level of qualification or extensive experience.
• Significant operational management experience at senior organisational/middle management level.
• Track record of delivering targets and successful service change.

Responsabilités

• Provide visible, effective operational leadership across Neurosciences and Older People's Medicine in partnership with clinical colleagues.
• Lead and develop operational and administrative teams and oversee delivery across performance, quality, workforce and finance.
• Use data and strong relationships to identify opportunities and turn improvement ideas into sustainable change.
• Make decisive, timely decisions in a fast-paced environment to balance patient experience, safety and resource constraints.
