Job summary

Unity Technologies, headquartered in Brighton, invites a Senior Business Operations Manager to join our Entertainment CRO group. You will drive end-to-end operational improvements across sales, support, and enablement, shaping processes, enabling teams, and delivering automation where beneficial.

You’ll partner with product, data, and systems teams to design scalable experiences, AI-powered enhancements, and self-service capabilities while building and measuring impact through robust dashboards

Qualifications

• Strong customer empathy and an appreciation for what makes a customer’s experience easy and seamless.
• Proven experience redesigning operational processes and delivering measurable improvement.
• Structured thinking with ability to diagnose problems and propose solutions.
• Cross-functional program leadership from concept through adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven customer support initiatives from journey design to Help Center and AI chatbot implementation.
• Establish feedback loops between support and product teams to surface issues and drive root-cause resolution.
• Coordinate readiness for product launches with product teams and enablement, updating knowledge bases and planning trainings.
• Define metrics for customer support and success, partnering with data teams on dashboards and reporting.
• Build automations and internal tools hands-on and scale larger builds with systems and data teams.
