Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee bottling projects in collaboration with the Sales Manager, ensuring compliance with labelling, bottling, and international shipping regulations.
  • Take ownership of all documentation and certification required for bottling projects and global shipments.

  • Manage warehouse reconciliations, rent invoicing, and oversee biannual stock takes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customs and shipping challenges to ensure smooth global distribution.
  • Maintain and enhance online systems and operational procedures, driving efficiency and best practices.
  • Lead general administrative functions, including document management, invoice processing, and office supply inventory.
  • Assist in event planning and occasionally attend industry events outside regular office hours.
  • Act as a key support for Directors, Head of Operations, and Sales & Accounts teams, proactively identifying ways to optimise operational processes.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Gain exposure to the whisky industry, including hands-on learning about whisky casks and trade dynamics.

Your Profile:

  • Strong background in Operations and Logistics, preferably within FMCG, beverages, or luxury goods.
  • High level of IT proficiency, particularly with Google Drive, Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Excellent analytical and numeracy skills, with the ability to interpret operational data.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised, with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
