Are you a seasoned ELK stack expert with a passion for solving complex data challenges? Ready to level up your career with one of the world’s top gaming firms?

In this Senior Operations Analytics Engineering role, you will have the opportunity to join an innovative Data Science & AI team, working on cutting-edge technology and a brand-new gamification initiative set to transform the business.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering solutions using the Elastic Stack along with other modern platforms, while also providing ongoing support for both the stack and the products you help deliver. You'll work closely with development teams to ensure data feeds are accurate, reliable, and effectively integrated, playing a key role in ensuring our analytics infrastructure is fit for purpose. As a senior member of the team, you’ll also mentor junior engineers—helping them plan and implement technical features.

You’ll thrive in a highly collaborative, tech-forward environment, where AI/ML innovation is front and centre. Expect to be hands-on with the full Elastic Stack—Logstash, Kibana, Watcher, REST endpoints, and painless scripting—and bring a deep understanding of operational analytics in fast-paced environments.

Ideally, you will have experience working across both operational and business data sets, including analysis, reporting, and alerting. You should be comfortable working with real-time systems and understand the unique challenges they present. A strong working knowledge of Azure—particularly Event Hubs and other data processing technologies—is highly desirable. You’ll also need to be confident writing scripts when needed (Python preferred), with a solid grasp of modern data workflows and integrations.
