In this Senior Operations Analytics Engineering role, you will have the opportunity to join an innovative Data Science & AI team, working on cutting-edge technology and a brand-new gamification initiative set to transform the business.

Responsibilities include:

1. Delivering solutions using the Elastic Stack and other modern platforms.
2. Providing ongoing support for the stack and products.
3. Collaborating with development teams to ensure accurate, reliable data feeds and effective integration.
4. Mentoring junior engineers in planning and implementing technical features.

You’ll thrive in a highly collaborative, tech-forward environment where AI/ML innovation is central. Expect to work hands-on with the full Elastic Stack—Logstash, Kibana, Watcher, REST endpoints, and scripting—and bring a deep understanding of operational analytics in fast-paced environments.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with both operational and business data, including analysis, reporting, and alerting.
• Comfort with real-time systems and understanding their challenges.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, especially Event Hubs and data processing technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python).
• Solid grasp of modern data workflows and integrations.
