Job summary

Sixth Street is seeking an Operations Senior Analyst in London to join our European Operations team. You will engage in deal execution, cash management, and performance reporting for private credit/equity, hybrid, and related funds, across a fast-paced, growing environment.

Ideal candidates have 5–6 years in middle/back-office roles at buy-side firms or banks, with familiarity in Advent Geneva or Allvue, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–6 years in middle/back-office operations at a buy-side firm or investment bank.
• Experience with Advent Geneva and/or Allvue is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support deal execution for European private investing activities.
• Manage pipeline, settlement, position booking and monitoring; assist with exits and restructurings.
• Provide risk reporting and FX hedging oversight; coordinate with counterparties and external partners.
