Qualifications

• Around 2 years’ experience in an operations role.
• Background in prime brokerage, fund administration, or credit fund.
• Knowledge of loans, bonds, or special situations instruments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the trade lifecycle including bookings and settlements.
• Coordinate with third-party administrators and custodians.
• Assist with audit documentation and responses.
• Support accounts payable for fund costs processing.
• Manage AML/KYC compliance for service providers.
• Contribute to cash flow projections and liquidity monitoring.
• Engage in operational projects to improve processes.
