Job summary

Sixth Street is seeking an Operations Senior Analyst to join its European Operations team in London. You will contribute to deal execution, pipeline management, settlement, and cash controls across private credit/equity and other fund structures.

The role requires 5–6+ years in buy-side middle/back-office operations, with strong Excel, communication, and project-management skills. Familiarity with Advent Geneva and Allvue is a plus in a high-growth, cross-functional setting.

Qualifications

• 5-6+ years of experience in middle/back-office operations at a buy-side firm or investment bank
• Strong communication, presentation, and Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Work with the European Operations team across London and Luxembourg to support deal execution
• Oversee pipeline management, settlement, booking, monitoring, risk reporting, and cash management
• Coordinate with counterparties, external partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely investment setup and controls
• Produce daily and monthly reporting for investment activity and performance analyses
• Identify operational efficiencies and support special projects within fast-paced growth environment

Job Description:The RoleThis is a full-time role based in London. As an Operations Senior Analyst, you will be a part of the Sixth Street Global Operations Team and be involved in several facets of operations, including private investment execution, counterparty management, pipeline and other cash management functions, and reporting and investment performance/analysis deliverables. The Operations Team supports Sixth Street’s investing activities across the globe for our private credit/equity, hybrid, and liquid credit funds, business development companies, and separately managed accounts.
