Job Description:

A high performing, award-winning, global Hedge Fund is hiring a London-based Senior Operations Analyst.

As the most senior analyst on the team, the candidate will lead Business As Usual (BAU) operations for the firm’s main strategy. The role involves being the primary contact for the investment team, including industry-leading PMs and Traders.

Since most back-office and operations tasks are outsourced, the role focuses on oversight and analytical tasks, managing relationships with multiple external service providers.

Project work is prominent; the candidate will have opportunities to learn VBA, SQL, and Python to participate in major buildout initiatives. Additionally, they will project manage junior staff on existing projects.

Ideal candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in hedge fund, investment banking, or proprietary trading operations, with strong academic backgrounds and technical skills.

The compensation package includes a salary range of £85,000 to £115,000 and a potential 50% bonus for top performers. The firm offers full subsidies for industry qualifications, as well as breakfast, lunch, and gym memberships.
