Job summary

Agora Talent is partnering with a fast-growing premium consumer brand in London to hire a Senior Operations Analyst. You’ll own breadth across the operational engine, from production through fulfilment, and partner with senior leadership to drive efficiency and scale.

The role emphasizes data-led decision making, KPI tracking, ERP improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Commercial, Growth and Quality.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and process/reporting improvements.
• Commercial mindset with cost vs service awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain from production to fulfilment.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight partners and 3PLs to keep product moving.
• Support demand forecasting, replenishment and inventory planning across markets.
• Build operational reporting, track KPIs and turn data into insights.
• Develop models and scenario analysis for commercial and operational decisions.
• Improve ERP processes, reporting capabilities and data quality.
• Build SOPs and scalable operational processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, Growth and Quality.
