Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking an Operational Data Analyst to join the Tech Operations team in London. This hands-on role focuses on ownership of reporting that informs leadership about headcount allocation, velocity, and delivery impact.

You will work with data engineers to productionize pipelines, replace manual refreshes, and extend reporting into new domains, driving commercial insight and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL proficiency beyond querying, including dimensional/fact tables and complex joins.
• Analytics engineering and orchestration experience with modular SQL (Jinja) for pipelines.
• Proficiency in Tableau with a track record of self-service dashboards for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain core data reports like FTE allocation and velocity; ensure leadership-ready data models.
• Develop production-grade data pipelines and automate refresh processes.
• Link engineering effort to business outcomes by aligning metrics with product and commercial results.
