Job description

Coopman Search is excited to be working alongside a leading Digital Assets business as they look to bring a Senior Operations Analyst into their business. This is an exciting, fast-paced role which will be processing an ever-increasing volume of digital assets and traditional instruments transactions, as well as onboarding clients and managing client relationships.

The core responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to:

• Owning and improving internal operational processes that make the day-to-day business as efficient as possible
• Approving daily reconciliations including CASS client money and asset positions
• Creation of reconciliation processes and automation
• Onboarding of clients to the exchanges by conducting client queries, due diligence, KYC and AML checks
• Supporting the operations of both the crypto and MTF exchanges
• Producing MI and regulatory reporting
• Resolving client queries in a timely and professional manner
• Working on ad hoc project focus work to improve the operational efficiency of the business, as well as the BAU activity

Experience Required

• Background in Operations from another Financial Services firm
• Experience in crypto exchanges or a MTF would be beneficial, but not essential
• Ability to understand MI and produce reports that provide insights into financial and operational performance for the business
• Experience in client onboarding and due diligence
• Able to represent Operations in strategic projects and understand impacts to processes
• Accountancy qualifications would also be beneficial
• Collaborative team player, open to sharing ideas and best practice
• Passion for the digital assets industry also a big positive
