Qualifications

• Masters degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years management experience in healthcare.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
• Formal training in project/programme management or AGILE methods.
• Leadership/management qualification.
• Formal training in performance management or transformation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance improvement and recovery activity across a defined portfolio of services.
• Develop, coordinate and monitor recovery plans aligned to Trust objectives.
• Oversee PTL management, pathway validation, clock stop accuracy and risk escalation.
• Support control rooms and other operational grip arrangements to identify backlog risks.
• Analyse complex performance data and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting supporting improvement priorities.
• Lead projects relating to elective recovery, access improvement, backlog reduction, validation, demand and capacity, or transformation.
• Build strong relationships with divisional leaders and clinical teams to secure engagement.
