You will oversee the AR Care & Reablement team, including scheduling and workforce development, to deliver high-quality patient-centred care in a timely, coordinated manner.

The role involves leading performance management, continuous service improvement, and collaboration with clinical pathway managers to develop staff and services that promote independence at home.
