Job summary

Organisation Ofwat in London or Birmingham with hybrid working is seeking an Operational Performance Principal to lead data-driven insights for performance reporting and regulatory oversight. You will work across the Delivery Directorate to extract insights, advise on strategy, and influence the WCPR and Turnaround Oversight Regime.

Qualifications

Lead Criterion: strong knowledge of the water sector and how Ofwat monitors performance.
Experience using data to draw actionable insights to influence thinking and policy.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and oral communication across audiences.

Responsibilities

Identify areas where analysis is needed and develop insight-driven approaches.
Influence the publication of the Water Company Performance Report (WCPR).
Lead work with consultants and manage external support to maximise value.
Collaborate across directorates and respond flexibly to priorities.
