We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Operational Improvement Business Partner at Perth Office CBD on a 18 month Maximum term basis.
About this role
As the Senior Operational Improvement Business Partner, you will be accountable for developing, driving and delivering continuous improvement aligned to strategic goals within Asset Operations with a strong focus on operational efficiency and future capability. This will be achieved through delivering significant projects to achieve tangible business benefits in line with Western Power’s strategic plan, while actively seeking out efficiency opportunities within the business and the application of multiple process / business improvement models and methodologies to fit the required purpose.
This position will provide subject matter expertise in supporting the building and maintaining of a framework that will provide Asset Operations customers with a consistent approach to operational improvement. This will include best practise coaching and mentoring within the area, to operations and where appropriate to the wider business. This position will also lead initiatives which aim to achieve tangible business benefits in line with Western Power’s strategic plan.
