Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Managing Consultant / Senior Manager to join the Enterprise Model & Strategy team as an Operating Model / Organisation Design Consultant. You’ll lead large, complex projects, shaping strategies and delivering evidence-based insights for senior client stakeholders.

You will mentor teams, contribute to business development, and grow key accounts while maintaining a client-first mindset within a flexible, hybrid UK working model.

Qualifications

• Extensive consulting or management experience in operating model and organisational design projects.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives.
• Experience in hybrid delivery of complex transformation projects.
• Ability to shape and solve problems using facts to drive insights.
• Proven track record of leading large client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large and complex projects with clients.
• Develop and present meaningful insights based on evidence.
• Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Coach and performance manage team members.
• Support growth of the Enterprise Model & Strategy team through leadership.
