Job summary

Vodafone is seeking an Location Independent Worker for Cannock, Staffordshire, with on-site requirements 3 days per week. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, with an excellent basic salary plus bonus and benefits.

As the dedicated on-site contact for a prestigious corporate customer, you will manage day-to-day relationships, drive loyalty, and provide expert guidance on devices, tariffs and billing. You’ll deliver insights from reports to improve service and costs.

Responsibilities

• Be the dedicated on-site contact for a prestigious corporate customer, building trust and delivering an exceptional experience.
• Manage account activities including orders, billing queries, and records to ensure seamless service.
• Provide expert advice on devices, tariffs, network services and billing.
• Produce reporting and analysis to turn data into insights for decisions and improvements.
• Collaborate with customers, Credit Control and internal teams to resolve issues and enhance delivery.
• Support device management, distribution and network migrations for users.
• Champion high standards of customer care, supporting VIP users and meetings.
