The Senior Online Trading Manager will:

• Develop and execute a strategy to drive online profitability and performance.
• Own website trading, focusing on conversion rate optimisation (CRO), lifetime value (LTV), and average order value (AOV).
• Oversee on-site strategy, including promotions and content.
• Utilise data analytics to drive insights and report to senior leadership on key metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to maximise website effectiveness.
• Have proven experience leading website trading in high-growth e-commerce or subscription brands.
• Possess a strong background in D2C or subscription businesses.
• Have hands-on experience in CRO, UX/UI principles, and web analytics.
• Be financially savvy and analytical, with a track record of revenue growth.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
