The Senior Online Trading Manager will:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase online profitability and performance.
• Manage website trading, focusing on CRO, LTV, and AOV.
• Oversee on-site strategies, including promotions and content.
• Use data analytics to inform decisions and report on KPIs to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to enhance website effectiveness.
• Have proven experience in website trading within high-growth e-commerce or subscription brands.
• Possess a strong background in D2C or subscription businesses.
• Be experienced in CRO, UX/UI, and web analytics.
• Be financially savvy and analytical, with a record of revenue growth.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.

Salary: £60k - £65k
