They focus on innovation and customer engagement and are seeking a Senior Online Trading Manager to oversee website performance, drive growth, and improve user experience through data-driven optimisation.

The Senior Online Trading Manager will:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve online profitability and performance.
• Manage website trading, focusing on conversion rate optimisation (CRO), lifetime value (LTV), and average order value (AOV).
• Oversee on-site strategies, including promotions and content performance.
• Use data analytics for insights and report key metrics to senior leadership.
• Work with marketing, design, and development teams to optimise website effectiveness.
• Have proven experience leading website trading in high-growth e-commerce or subscription brands.
• Possess a strong background in D2C or subscription businesses.
• Be experienced in CRO, UX/UI, and web analytics.
• Be financially savvy and analytical, with a record of revenue growth.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
