The Senior Online Trading Manager will:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance online profitability and performance.
• Manage website trading, focusing on conversion rate optimisation (CRO), lifetime value (LTV), and average order value (AOV).
• Oversee on-site strategies, including promotions and content optimization.
• Use data analytics for insights and report key metrics to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to maximize website effectiveness.
• Proven experience leading website trading in high-growth e-commerce or subscription brands.
• Strong background in D2C or subscription business models.
• Experience in CRO, UX/UI, and web analytics.
• Financially savvy and analytical, with a record of revenue growth.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
• Salary: £60k - £65k.
